The Connelly Foundation, one of our most dedicated mission partners, has supported Independence Mission Schools since its inception — and had supported many of our schools before they joined the IMS network.
Over the years, many of our students in grades 4-8 have benefited from the rich and diverse cultural and educational experiences provided by the Connelly Access Program, including assemblies and field trips.
The foundation also has been a key partner in helping IMS overcome hurdles due to COVID-19. It supported summer programming for students to combat anticipated learning loss due to virtual and hybrid learning, our newly implemented literacy and math curricula, as well as the merger of St. Gabriel and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools.
