The Latino Enrollment Institute (LEI) welcomed its 11th cohort to the University of Notre Dame’s campus this past June, bringing together school leaders, administrators, educators, and clergy from 53 Catholic schools in 26 different (arch)dioceses, representing a diverse set of experiences and Catholic school realities.

In keeping with our commitment to finding new ways to serve our diverse school communities, for the second consecutive year, IMS attended the three-day conference at The University of Notre Dame. Our team was composed of leaders from the Central Office and St. Rose of Lima. Thanks to the generous support from the Connelly Foundation for maing this possible!

LEI is a year-long formation program providing teams from Catholic schools across the country with enrollment marketing strategies and school culture interventions to better serve Latino families in their community. The program includes a summer conference and a mid-year retreat. The IMS representatives brought back new ways of thinking about enrollment and reinforcing our culture of welcoming and belonging for all.
