General Contractor Bid Request

Independence Mission Schools requests general contracting bids to complete security-related upgrades to two of its schools.

Bids are due no later than June 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Work to be completed by August 15, 2025.

One set of doors installed in the interior vestibule area. Installation will include drywall and repositioning light fixtures and radiator covers.
Installation of transaction window in vestibule/lobby.
Installation of new fob and associated hardware for set of new doors.
Installation of a camera in vestibule area.
Installation of replacement aiPhone camera to existing exterior door.

Installation of two sets of double doors (one exterior, one interior).
Installation of four fob systems and associated hardware for two sets of new doors, adding to two sets of existing doors.
Installation of camera to interior door area.
Installation of an Aiphone camera to existing exterior door.
Installation of additional lighting in vestibule area.
Extension of existing entrance area (approximately a 5’ extension to exterior vestibule).
